1/2 cup lemon juice
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, extremely well drained
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut
1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (thawed)
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
Instructions
Step 1: Whisk the sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice together in a large bowl until thickened.
Step 2: Stir in the drained crushed pineapple, pecans, and coconut.
Step 3: Gently fold in the whipped topping until no streaks remain.
Step 4: Spoon the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
Step 5: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
