Ingredients
2 sleeves Graham crackers
8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
1 cup Powdered sugar
12 ounces Whipped topping (Cool Whip), divided
4 Fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
1 cup Fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup Fresh blueberries
Instructions
Step 1: Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large bowl until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Step 2: Gently fold in 8 ounces of the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula.
Step 3: Line the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish with a single layer of graham crackers.
Step 4: Spread one-third of the cream mixture over the crackers, then top with a layer of peach slices.
Step 5: Repeat the layers of graham crackers, cream mixture, and peaches until the dish is filled, ending with a layer of cream.
Step 6: Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Step 7: Before serving, spread the remaining whipped topping on top and decorate with strawberries and blueberries in a flag pattern.
