Description

A decadent and easy no-bake dessert featuring a crunchy Cinnamon Toast Crunch crust and a creamy, cinnamon-infused cheesecake filling.


Ingredients

3 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, crushed
1/2 cup butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tub whipped topping, thawed
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp granulated sugar


Instructions

Step 1: Crush the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal and mix it with the melted butter until well combined.
Step 2: Firmly press the mixture into the bottom of a square baking dish to form the crust.
Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth and creamy.
Step 4: Gently fold in the whipped topping until the filling becomes light and fluffy.
Step 5: Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the prepared crust.
Step 6: Combine the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl, then sprinkle over the top along with a handful of extra crushed cereal.
Step 7: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set and chilled.
