Ingredients
1 package Golden Oreo Cookies, crushed
1 silver foil brick (8 oz) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip Original Whipped Topping, thawed
1 bag (16 oz) Domino Powdered Sugar
1 bottle McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
1 jar Betty Crocker Rainbow Sprinkles
1 bottle Hershey’s Caramel Syrup
Instructions
Step 1: Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper or foil liners.
Step 2: Crush the Golden Oreos in a bag or food processor until you have coarse crumbs.
Step 3: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Step 4: Mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until well combined and fluffy.
Step 5: Gently fold in the Cool Whip and half of the rainbow sprinkles with a spatula.
Step 6: Place a spoonful of Oreo crumbs in each liner, followed by a layer of the cream mixture.
Step 7: Repeat layers if desired, then top with a drizzle of caramel syrup and more sprinkles.
Step 8: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving to allow the cookies to soften.
Notes
Ensure the cream cheese is fully room temperature to avoid lumps. For a festive look, use seasonal sprinkles!
