Description

A creamy, four-ingredient layered dessert featuring Keebler Fudge Stripe cookies and chocolate pudding that requires no baking.

Ingredients

Scale

2 packages Keebler Fudge Stripes Cookies
2 boxes Jell-O Chocolate Instant Pudding (3.9 oz each)
3 cups cold whole milk
1 tub Cool Whip (8 oz)

Instructions

Step 1: Whisk the milk and chocolate pudding mix together in a large bowl for 2 minutes, then let it sit for a few minutes to thicken slightly.
Step 2: Line the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish with an overlapping layer of Fudge Stripes cookies.
Step 3: Spread half of the chocolate pudding over the cookies, then top with half of the tub of Cool Whip.
Step 4: Repeat the layers once more: cookies, remaining pudding, then remaining Cool Whip.
Step 5: Crush the remaining Fudge Stripes cookies and sprinkle them heavily over the top for decoration.
Step 6: Refrigerate for at least 8 hours (or overnight) until the cookies soften into a cake-like texture.

Notes

Ensure the pudding is instant, not the 'cook and serve' variety, for proper setting.
