Ingredients
1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup granulated sugar
6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
3 large ripe bananas, sliced
Instructions
Step 1: Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish and freeze for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Beat the softened cream cheese and creamy peanut butter together until smooth and fluffy.
Step 3: Sift in the powdered sugar and add vanilla extract, beating on low speed until combined.
Step 4: In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
Step 5: Slice bananas and arrange them in an even layer over the bottom of the chilled crust.
Step 6: Spread the filling over the bananas evenly. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Step 7: Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
