Ingredients
2 oz white rum
1 oz blue curaçao
2 oz cream of coconut (sweetened)
4 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
2 cups ice
Pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Place your hurricane glass in the freezer to chill while you prepare the ingredients.
Step 2: Add the white rum, blue curaçao, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and lime juice into a high-speed blender.
Step 3: Add the ice into the blender canister.
Step 4: Blend on high until the Ocean Love Colada is completely smooth and creamy.
Step 5: Pour the mixture into the chilled glass.
Step 6: Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry before serving immediately.
Notes
Use a high-quality cream of coconut like Coco Lopez for the best creamy results. For a mocktail, omit the rum and use blue curaçao syrup.
