A refreshing, no-bake dessert featuring a creamy orange filling over a buttery graham cracker crust.
Ingredients
1 package (3 ounces) orange gelatin mix
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons melted butter
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup whipped topping, thawed
Orange zest for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the bottom of 12 lined muffin cups.
Step 2: Dissolve orange gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in 1/2 cup cold water and let it cool slightly.
Step 3: Beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and fluffy using an electric mixer.
Step 4: Gradually add the cooled gelatin mixture to the cream cheese. Fold in the whipped topping until the color is uniform.
Step 5: Spoon the filling into the muffin cups and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours until firm. Garnish with orange zest.
Notes
Ensure the cream cheese is completely softened to avoid lumps. For a firmer set, chill overnight.
