Ingredients
24 ice cream sandwiches
16 oz whipped topping
1 cup strawberry topping
1 cup blueberry topping
2 tablespoons red, white, and blue sprinkles
Instructions
Step 1: Clear a flat space in your freezer for the 9x13 baking dish to ensure the cake sets evenly.
Step 2: Lay 12 ice cream sandwiches in a single layer at the bottom of the dish, cutting them if necessary to fit perfectly.
Step 3: Spread half of the whipped topping over the first layer of sandwiches using a spatula.
Step 4: Drizzle the strawberry topping over the whipped cream layer and swirl gently with a knife.
Step 5: Place the remaining 12 ice cream sandwiches as a second layer on top of the fruit and cream.
Step 6: Spread the rest of the whipped topping over the top layer until smooth.
Step 7: Drizzle the blueberry topping over the top and add the festive sprinkles generously.
Step 8: Freeze for at least 6 hours before slicing and serving.
