A festive, no-bake red, white, and blue fudge made with creamy white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk.
Ingredients
3 cups high-quality white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
Red gel food coloring
Blue gel food coloring
Instructions
Step 1: Line an 8x8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper, allowing for an overhang.
Step 2: Combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl.
Step 3: Heat in 30-second bursts, stirring until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
Step 4: Stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
Step 5: Divide the mixture into three bowls: one remains white, one becomes red, and one becomes blue with gel coloring.
Step 6: Drop spoonfuls of each color into the pan and swirl with a knife in a figure-eight pattern.
Step 7: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until firm before slicing.
Notes
Ensure you use gel coloring to prevent the chocolate from seizing. For clean cuts, use a warm, dry knife.
