A light and airy no-bake dessert featuring juicy peaches, vanilla pudding, and marshmallows.
Ingredients
2 cans (15 oz each) sliced peaches, drained and chopped
1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Drain the canned peaches thoroughly in a mesh strainer for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Roughly chop the drained peaches into bite-sized pieces.
Step 3: In a large bowl, fold together the whipped topping and dry pudding mix until smooth.
Step 4: Gently fold in the chopped peaches until well combined.
Step 5: Add the marshmallows and pecans, folding gently to distribute.
Step 6: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Ensure the peaches are drained very well to prevent the fluff from becoming runny.
