Ingredients
3 large fresh peaches, diced
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
1 small red bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 2 limes

1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Step 1: Dice the peaches into 1/2-inch pieces and place them in a large glass mixing bowl.
Step 2: Finely chop the red onion, bell pepper, and jalapeño, ensuring pieces are smaller than the peach chunks.
Step 3: Add the chopped cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the peaches and vegetables.
Step 4: Gently toss all ingredients together until well combined and coated in lime juice.
Step 5: Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop before serving.
