1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

Instructions
Step 1: In a 12-ounce microwave-safe mug, whisk together the Greek yogurt, sweetener, egg white, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Step 2: Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
Step 3: Microwave on high for 90 seconds or until the center is set.
Step 4: Let the cake rest for 1 minute before eating to allow the crumb to finish setting.
