Description
A creamy, no-bake tropical tiramisu featuring Raffaello truffles, coconut milk, and white chocolate.
Ingredients
24-30 Ladyfingers (Savoiardi)
500g Mascarpone cheese, chilled
2 cups Heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup Sweetened condensed milk
1 can (14oz) Full-fat coconut milk
15 Raffaello truffles (crushed and whole)
1/2 cup Desiccated coconut
100g White chocolate, melted and cooled
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions
Step 1: Beat the mascarpone with vanilla and 2 tablespoons of condensed milk until smooth.
Step 2: Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold it into the mascarpone along with the melted white chocolate.
Step 3: Mix the remaining condensed milk with the coconut milk in a shallow dish.
Step 4: Dip ladyfingers into the coconut mixture and layer them in a 9x13 dish.
Step 5: Spread half the cream over the ladyfingers, add crushed truffles and coconut, then repeat the layers and chill for 6 hours.
Notes
Ensure all dairy ingredients are very cold before starting for the best whipped consistency.
