4 large corn tortillas
4 large eggs
1 cup refried black beans
1/2 cup ranchero sauce or salsa roja
1 ripe avocado, sliced
1/4 cup queso fresco, crumbled
2 radishes, thinly sliced

1 lime, cut into wedges
Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
Step 1: Heat oil in a skillet and fry each tortilla until crispy and golden, then drain on paper towels.
Step 2: Warm the refried beans in a small saucepan over low heat until smooth and spreadable.
Step 3: Fry the eggs in the same skillet until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
