Description

A delightful and energizing raspberry peach protein smoothie recipe, perfect for a quick breakfast, post-workout refuel, or a healthy snack. This creamy, fruity blend is packed with vitamins, antioxidants, and muscle-building protein.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup frozen peaches
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 scoop (approx. 25-30g) vanilla protein powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
Optional: 1 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds for extra fiber
Optional: 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup if desired for extra sweetness

Instructions

Step 1: Gather all your ingredients. Ensure your peaches and raspberries are frozen for the best consistency.
Step 2: Pour the unsweetened almond milk (or your preferred liquid base) into your blender. Starting with the liquid helps the blending process.
Step 3: Add the frozen peaches and frozen raspberries to the blender.
Step 4: Add the scoop of vanilla protein powder. If using, also add chia seeds, flax seeds, or extra sweetener at this stage.
Step 5: Secure the lid on your blender and blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high speed. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, with no fruit chunks remaining. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides once or twice.
Step 6: Check the smoothie's consistency. If it's too thick, add a small splash more almond milk (1-2 tablespoons) and blend again. If it's too thin, add a few more frozen berries or a little more protein powder and re-blend.
Step 7: Pour your delicious raspberry peach protein smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately. Garnish with fresh fruit if desired.

Notes

For an extra boost of healthy fats and omega-3s, consider adding 1 tablespoon of almond butter or a quarter of an avocado. Adjust sweetness to your preference.
