Description

A stunning three-layered patriotic gelatin dessert featuring vibrant berry flavors and a rich sweetened cream center.


Ingredients

1 package (3 oz) Blue Raspberry Gelatin
1 package (3 oz) Strawberry Gelatin
2 envelopes (0.25 oz each) Unflavored Gelatin
1 can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
4 cups Boiling Water
2 cups Cold Water


Instructions

Step 1: Dissolve blue gelatin in 1 cup boiling water, stir in 1/2 cup cold water, pour into dish and chill for 45 minutes.
Step 2: Bloom unflavored gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water, add 1.5 cups boiling water to dissolve, then stir in condensed milk.
Step 3: Cool the cream mixture to room temperature and pour over the set blue layer; chill for another 45 minutes.
Step 4: Dissolve red gelatin in 1.5 cups boiling water, stir in 1/2 cup cold water, cool to room temperature, and pour over the white layer.
Step 5: Chill the entire dish for at least 4 hours or overnight until completely set before slicing into squares.

Notes

Use a clear glass dish to showcase the layers. Ensure each layer is cool before pouring.
