Ingredients
4 large ripe Ataulfo mangoes, peeled and diced
1/2 cup simple syrup or agave nectar
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
Step 1: Peel and dice the mangoes, discarding the pits.
Step 2: Blend the mango chunks, lime juice, salt, and sweetener in a high-speed blender until perfectly smooth.
Step 3: Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn for 20 minutes until thick.
Step 4: Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
