Ingredients
2 lbs Large Green Seedless Grapes
11 oz Caramel Bits
2 tbsp Heavy Cream
2 cups Fine Brownie Crumbs
1 tsp Flaky Sea Salt
Instructions
Step 1: Wash and thoroughly dry the grapes with a kitchen towel.
Step 2: Pulse brownies in a food processor until they form fine crumbs and mix with salt.
Step 3: Melt caramel bits with cream in the microwave until smooth.
Step 4: Dip each grape into the caramel using a toothpick.
Step 5: Immediately roll the grape in the salted brownie crumbs.
Step 6: Place on parchment paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
Notes
Ensure the grapes are bone-dry before dipping to prevent the coating from sliding.
