Ingredients
1 box (15.25 oz) Yellow Cake Mix
1 cup (2 sticks) Unsalted Butter, melted
1 block (8 oz) Cream Cheese, softened
2 large Eggs
Instructions
Step 1: Grease the slow cooker insert thoroughly or line with parchment paper.
Step 2: Mix the cake mix, one stick of melted butter, and one egg until a thick dough forms; press into the bottom of the slow cooker.
Step 3: Beat the softened cream cheese, the remaining stick of melted butter, and the second egg until smooth and creamy.
Step 4: Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cake base and spread evenly.
Step 5: Cover and cook on Low for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until edges are firm and center is still slightly jiggly.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature to avoid a lumpy topping. Use a paper towel under the lid to catch moisture.
