Indulge in incredibly tender, flavor-packed ribeye steaks made effortlessly in your slow cooker with the classic Mississippi pot roast flavors.
Ingredients
4 ribeye steaks
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 packet au jus gravy mix
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup pepperoncini peppers
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for topping)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Red pepper flakes (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Place the ribeye steaks in the slow cooker.
Step 2: Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix evenly over the steaks.
Step 3: Add the unsalted butter and pepperoncini peppers directly into the slow cooker around the steaks.
Step 4: Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the steaks are incredibly tender and easily pull apart with a fork.
Step 5: Once cooked, carefully remove the steaks from the slow cooker.
Step 6: Garnish the steaks generously with chopped fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese. If desired, sprinkle with additional fresh parsley and a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra color and a hint of heat. Serve immediately and enjoy the succulent flavors!
Notes
For best results, do not overcrowd the slow cooker. If you prefer a richer flavor, sear the steaks briefly on both sides before adding them to the slow cooker.
