A delightful no-bake dessert featuring layers of graham cracker crust, rich chocolate pudding, and toasted marshmallows.
Ingredients
1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 cups whole milk
1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup marshmallow fluff (optional for layering)
Instructions
Step 1: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a small bowl until well combined.
Step 2: Press the mixture into the bottom of 6 small serving cups to create a base.
Step 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and chocolate pudding mix for 2 minutes.
Step 4: Pour the pudding over the graham cracker layer in each cup.
Step 5: Refrigerate the cups for at least 2 hours to allow the pudding to set completely.
Step 6: Top with mini marshmallows and use a kitchen torch to toast them until golden brown before serving.
Notes
Use a kitchen torch for the best toasted marshmallow flavor. Store in the fridge but add marshmallows right before serving.
