Description
A rich, no-bake pie featuring creamy filling, crunchy peanuts, and chopped Snickers bars in a buttery crust.
Ingredients
1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
6 standard Snickers bars, chopped
1/2 cup roasted salted peanuts
1/2 cup caramel sauce
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
Instructions
Step 1: Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into a 9-inch pie dish and freeze for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until completely smooth.
Step 3: Whip heavy cream and vanilla to stiff peaks, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
Step 4: Fold in 4 chopped Snickers bars and half of the peanuts.
Step 5: Pour half the filling into the crust, drizzle with caramel, and top with remaining filling.
Step 6: Top with remaining Snickers pieces, peanuts, and drizzles of caramel and chocolate.
Step 7: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours before slicing.
Notes
Freeze the candy bars before chopping to make the process easier and cleaner.
