Ingredients
10 Hostess Twinkies
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip)
2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
Instructions
Step 1: Slice the Twinkies into 1-inch thick rounds and set aside.
Step 2: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Step 3: Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated and fluffy.
Step 4: Place 2-3 Twinkie slices at the bottom of 12 small clear cups.
Step 5: Spoon or pipe the cheesecake mixture over the Twinkie base.
Step 6: Top with a generous amount of diced fresh strawberries.
Step 7: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to set.
