Description

A creamy, refreshing, and nutrient-dense breakfast pudding made with fresh strawberries and protein-packed chia seeds.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Step 1: Puree the strawberries and almond milk in a blender until completely smooth.
Step 2: Pour the mixture into a bowl or jar and whisk in the maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
Step 3: Add the chia seeds and whisk vigorously to ensure they are well distributed.
Step 4: Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes, then stir again to prevent any clumps from forming.
Step 5: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until thick and creamy.
Step 6: Serve chilled with extra fresh strawberry slices on top.

Notes

For a thicker pudding, increase the chia seeds to 1/3 cup. If using frozen strawberries, ensure they are fully thawed and drained of excess water.
