Description

A creamy, refreshing, and festive tropical punch that combines classic coconut and pineapple flavors with a fresh strawberry twist.


Ingredients

2 lbs fresh strawberries, hulled and pureed
46 oz pineapple juice, chilled
30 oz (two cans) cream of coconut
3 limes, juiced
2 liters ginger ale or lemon-lime soda, chilled
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup frozen strawberries


Instructions

Step 1: Puree the fresh strawberries in a blender until completely smooth.
Step 2: In a large punch bowl, whisk together the pineapple juice and cream of coconut until the mixture is uniform and creamy.
Step 3: Stir in the fresh lime juice to balance the sweetness.
Step 4: Pour the strawberry puree into the punch bowl and gently stir to create a beautiful swirl.
Step 5: Just before serving, pour in the chilled ginger ale or soda and stir gently to combine.
Step 6: Garnish the punch bowl with frozen fruit to keep it cold and serve immediately.
