A light and refreshing layered breakfast featuring creamy Greek yogurt, vibrant seasonal berries, and a sweet honey drizzle.
Ingredients
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
4 tablespoons raw honey
1/2 cup granola
2 sprigs fresh mint
Instructions
Step 1: Clean and slice the fresh strawberries and gather the blueberries and raspberries in a bowl.
Step 2: Spoon 1/4 cup of yogurt into the bottom of two glass jars.
Step 3: Add a layer of mixed berries over the yogurt.
Step 4: Drizzle one tablespoon of honey over the fruit layer.
Step 5: Repeat the yogurt, berry, and honey layers one more time.
Step 6: Top each jar with granola and a mint sprig right before serving.
Notes
To keep the granola crunchy, always add it at the last second. Swap honey for maple syrup for a slightly different flavor profile.
