Description

A fast, fresh, and flavorful Mediterranean-inspired pizza made with soft naan bread, juicy seasoned chicken, and homemade creamy tzatziki sauce.


Ingredients

2 large naan breads
1 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano


Instructions

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and place a baking sheet inside to heat up.
Step 2: In a small bowl, prepare the tzatziki by mixing the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, fresh dill, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
Step 3: Brush the naan breads lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano. Place them on the hot baking sheet and bake for 3-5 minutes until slightly crisp.
Step 4: Remove the naan from the oven. Spread a thick layer of the prepared tzatziki sauce over each naan.
Step 5: Top the pizzas with the cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and crumbled feta cheese.
Step 6: Optional: Return to the oven for 2 minutes to warm the toppings. Garnish with more fresh dill and serve immediately.

Notes

To ensure the naan stays crispy, do not skip the pre-baking step. You can also use rotisserie chicken for an even faster meal preparation.
