Ingredients
1 cup Vegan Butter (block style, slightly softened)
4 cups Powdered Sugar (sifted)
1.5 tbsp Dried Culinary Lavender Buds
2 tbsp Oat Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
1/8 tsp Fine Sea Salt
Instructions
Step 1: Warm the oat milk and lavender buds in a pan until simmering, then steep for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Strain the lavender milk and let it cool completely to room temperature.
Step 3: Beat the vegan butter in a stand mixer for 5 minutes until very light and airy.
Step 4: Slowly add powdered sugar one cup at a time, mixing well between each addition.
Step 5: Add the lavender milk, vanilla, and salt, then whip on high for 3-4 more minutes.
Notes
Ensure the infused milk is completely cold before adding to the butter to prevent melting.
