1 box (3.4 oz) Instant Pistachio Pudding mix
1 can (20 oz) Crushed Pineapple in juice (undrained)
1 cup Miniature Marshmallows
1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
1 container (8 oz) Whipped Topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
Instructions
Step 1: Combine the dry pistachio pudding mix and the undrained crushed pineapple in a large bowl.
Step 2: Stir until the pudding powder is fully dissolved and the mixture is well blended.
Step 3: Fold in the miniature marshmallows and chopped pecans.
Step 4: Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until the color is uniform.
Step 5: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the flavors to set before serving.
