Description

A delightful and vibrant watermelon berry fruit salad, bursting with the sweet flavors of summer. Perfect for picnics, barbecues, or a light, refreshing treat.


Ingredients

8 cups cubed seedless watermelon
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 cup fresh blackberries
2 tablespoons fresh mint, finely chopped
Zest of 1 lime (optional)
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (optional)


Instructions

Step 1: In a very large mixing bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, quartered strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
Step 2: Add the finely chopped fresh mint and lime zest (if using) to the fruit. If desired, squeeze in 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice for an extra bright flavor.
Step 3: Gently toss all the ingredients together until they are well combined. Be careful not to mash the delicate berries.
Step 4: Cover the bowl and refrigerate the watermelon berry fruit salad for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to meld and ensures the salad is perfectly chilled.
