A vibrant purple whipped coffee drink featuring Filipino ube and a creamy dalgona texture.
Ingredients
2 tbsp instant coffee
2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp hot water
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 tsp ube extract
1 cup coconut milk or whole milk
Ice cubes
Instructions
Step 1: Combine instant coffee, 2 tbsp sugar, and hot water in a bowl and whisk until thick and frothy.
Step 2: In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream, ube extract, and 1 tbsp sugar until stiff peaks form.
Step 3: Fill a glass with ice and pour in the milk.
Step 4: Top with the ube whipped cream and the coffee foam.
Step 5: Serve immediately and stir gently before drinking.
Notes
Ensure heavy cream is very cold for the best volume.
