Ingredients
3 cups heavy whipping cream, chilled
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
24-30 honey graham crackers
2 pounds fresh strawberries, sliced
1 pint fresh blueberries
Instructions
Step 1: Whip the cold heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl until stiff peaks form.
Step 2: Spread a thin layer of cream on the bottom of a 9x13 dish.
Step 3: Place a layer of graham crackers over the cream, fitting them tightly.
Step 4: Top crackers with a layer of cream, then a layer of sliced strawberries.
Step 5: Repeat the layers of crackers, cream, and fruit until the dish is full, finishing with a smooth cream layer.
Step 6: Arrange the remaining strawberries and blueberries on top in a patriotic pattern.
Step 7: Refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours or overnight before serving.
